Второе крыло Лиги Исследователей Hearthstone «Ульдаман» уже давно в игре и значит мы продолжаем цикл статей — «прохождение Лиги Исследователей в героическом режиме». В этот раз вам предстоит сразиться с тремя героическими боссами: Вождь Скарваш, Вагонетка и Аркедас. Это крыло вы будете проходить вместе с Бранном Бронзобородом, который является братом нового портрета Воина — Магни Бронзоборода.

В этой статье мы подобрали лучшие колоды для прохождения «Ульдамана» в героическом режиме и парочку важных советов против каждого босса.

Прохождение первого крыла Лиги Исследователей «Храма Орсиса» в героическом режиме.

Прохождение Героик — Ульдаман:

Вождь Скарваш

Скарваш начинает игру с 30 здоровья и 15 брони, также у него со старта на столе будут Трогг Каменной Челюсти и Трогг Камнедробов. В первый ход сила героя босса делает стоимость ваших существ 11 маны и соответственно вы не сможете разыграть ни одну карту существа. На следующий ход уже ваши заклинания будут стоить 11 маны и так будет чередоваться каждый ход.

Советы и рекомендации:

  • У вас должна быть сбалансированная колода из существ и заклинаний. Против героического Скарваша лучше всего брать классы у которых есть оружие, так как оружие можно будет разыграть во время увеличения стоимости существ/заклинаний и тем самым не терять в темпе.
  • Постарайтесь как можно быстрее убрать стартовых Троггов со стола.

Вагонетка

Бранн Бронзобород|Hearthstone (Хартстоун)В этот раз у вас нет возможности самостоятельно выбрать колоду, ваша колода будет состоять из следующих карт: Ускорение, Ремонт, Динамит, Бум!, Механический попугай и Шипастая ловушка. Ваша главная задача выжить в течении 10 ходов. На каждый ход у вас будет всего 2 маны, так что используйте их грамотно.

Сила героя Вагонетка

Нет конкретной последовательности выставления существ Вагонеткой, видимо это происходит в случайном порядке, но ниже приведен список вариантов призываемых существ:

Советы и рекомендации:

  • По сути — это сплошной рандом. Будут такие ситуации, когда вы абсолютно ничего не сможете сделать, просто переигрывайте.
  • Постарайтесь как можно быстрее заставить стол Механическими попугаями. Они очень хорошо размениваются с существами противника.
  • Старайтесь как можно скорее устранять Голем-крушитель и Земельник-гонитель. Так как лучше иметь на столе много Трогг-преследователь, они менее опасны.
  • У вас в колоде есть карта Ускорение, используйте её ближе к концу, так как потратив 1 ману на ускорение в середине или старте игры не очень разумное решение, так как позже вы можете не справиться с существами противника.

Аркедас

Аркедас начинает игру с 30 здоровья и 15 брони. Его сила героя будет давать вам Статую земельника 0/2, в то время как босс будет получать усиленную Статую земельника 0/5. Замешательство

Советы и рекомендации:

  • Лучшим вариантом против героического Аркедаса будут любые ОТК колоды.
  • Также из-за силы героя очень круто смотрятся такие карты, как Жажда крови и Дикий рев. Еще можно использовать карты, которые усиливают существ (Сила дикой природы, Знак дикой природы и другие).
  • Контроль стола может быть важен, но только в случае очень большого количества статуй на столе и вы видите, что сейчас можете получить летал Разрушительным порывом.

Прохождение Ульдамана в Героическом режиме от Доктора G

Приветствую, с Вами Доктор G и я поздравляю вас с выходом второго квартала. Надеюсь появится много новых экспериментальных колод, но не будем лить воду, а приступим к прохождению.

Обычный режим как всегда не представляет из себя проблему. Но если видео нужно, то вот:

Вождь Скварваш

Д011-199x228осье: По нечетным ходам стоимость ваших существ больше на 11, по четным ходам стоимость заклинаний больше на 11.С самого начала на столе вас встречают Трогг камнедровов и Трогг Каменной челюсти. Сам любит карты с перегрузками. Гремящий Элементаль , любые трогги, Молния , Огнестраж-разрушитель , Замешательство , 2/6 за 4 маны, 6/6 за 6 маны, Секрет: Ловушка с дротиками (Так что про использование абилки на время придется забыть. Принцип: Оружие не дорожает.

Сложность: Выше среднего.

Замены: Запихните нестабильных вурдалаков, они и завсегдатых разгонят и лицо защитят, Огненные великаны, Алекстраза и Кел будут прекрасно смотрется для выживания и поздней игры.

Мулиган: Вестники рока, Комба – Внутренняя Ярость + Казнь, Огненная Секира. Третьи Дропы по вкусу.

Тактика. Пережить ранний натиск Вестиниками рока, Казнями и Оружием, правильно поставить Завсегдатых, и вести размены ими, затем разогнать разъяренного берсерка и разбить оппонента за 2-4 удара. В видео я держусь на одном хп, но если у вас больше удачи, то партия будет менее валидольной.

Гонки На Вагонетках

021-199x228Серьезно? Тут надо что-то писать? Ну ладно. Во-первых это самый легкий героик в истории, поскольку не вы собираете колоду, во-вторых никакого отличия от обычного режима мной замечено не было.А в третьих, если вы еще здесь, то я предпочитаю просто чистить стол и защищаться таунтами динамит, берегите на 6/6, а Ускорения, чтобы промотать последние 2 хода.

Аркедас

Досье: За одну ману призывает на свою сторону 0/5, а на вашу 0/2. Использует такие карты как: Бранящийся сержант , Дворф Черного железа, Тотем языка пламени , Вожак лютых волков, Элементаль земли, Чаромет , Погребение, и др. Секрет: Священный суд.Специальные карты: Оживить Земельника (Все ваши существо получают +3/+3 и провокацию) Смуглуя Тень (+6 к броне, взять 3 карты) Разрушительный порыв (Уничтожает все статуи, наносит 3 урона за каждую)

Сложность: Нет.

Замены: Сразу cкажу, что в видео немного другая колода, представленная должна быть чуть лучше. Сразу отлично смотрятся Меч справедливости. А так меняйте по вкусу, держа в основе бафы и секреты.

Мулиган: Все до 3 маны включительно, кроме Равенства, Божественной Милости. Миротворец и Секреты по вкусу.

Тактика: Обычная игра Секретодином: Стол надо чистить полностью, иначе можно огрести от Оживить Земельника , бафаем свои статуи стараясь избавляется от них, если на столе 7 ваших существ новая статуя не появится, но и самопожертвование не сработает. На 6 ходу выйдет Загадочный Претендент и с его последствиями врагу справляется почти нечем, а дальше дочищаем стол и потихоньку добиваем. Если надо Равенство + Освящение чистит стол.

Прохождение Ульдамана в обычном режиме

Второе крыло последнего приключения Hearthstone — Ульдаман. Новые 3 босса будут ждать вас в этой части Лиги исследователей, и новые награды вы получите за их прохождение.

Вождь Скарваш

Сил героя у данного босса не одна, а целых две — это Трогг не любит существ! и Трогг не любит заклинания!. Обе эти способности являются пассивными и будут чередоваться в начале каждого хода вашего оппонента. Помимо этого, у первого босса Ульдамана есть 3 уникальные карты — Трогг-преследователь, Земельник-гонитель и Голем-крушитель.

Стратегия игры против Вождя Скварнаша в обычном режиме

В противостоянии с этим боссом вы должны составить колоду таким образом, чтобы в нее входило примерно одинаковое число как заклинаний, так и существ. А учитывая тот факт, что сила героя блокирует существ на нечетных ходах, а заклинания — на четных, можно сделать вывод, что в колоду должны входить заклинания с нечетной стоимостью, а существа — наоборот, с четной.

К тому же, при сражении с Вождем Скварнаша, крайне желательно наличие в вашей колоде оружия, так как такие карты не относятся к категориям заклинаний или существ. В целом же, первый босс второго крыла приключения Лиги исследователей является далеко не самым сложным, так что его прохождение правильно составленной колодой не займет у вас много времени.

Награда за прохождение Вождя Скварнаша

После победы над Воздем Скварнаша вы получите 2 пары карт — Туннельный трогг и Кудесник-эфириал.

Гонка на вагонетке

Вагонетка — второй босс второго крыла приключения Лига исследователей. Сила героя этого босса — Сбежать из шахты! — позволяет боссу призывать на его сторону одно из следующих существ: Трогг-преследователь, Завал, Земельник-гонитель и Голем крушитель. Кроме того, здесь не придется думать над созданием колоды, вам предложат готовый вариант.

Колода Вагонетки в обычном режиме

Стратегия игры против Вагонетки

Данный этап во многом напоминает прохождение Побега из храма. Вам также нужно пережить 10 ходов под натиском оппонента, однако на этот раз в вашем распоряжении будет готовая колода. Также следует отметить, что стоимость всех карт в ней не будет превышать 1 единицы маны. Однако не спешите радоваться — помните, что каждый ход на половине стола противника будет появляться как минимум два существа, показатели единицы/атаки которых будут варьироваться от 0/3 до 6/6.

Учитывая все вышеперечисленное, секрет прохождения данного босса будет заключаться в правильном распределении вашего арсенала. Так, карту, которая наносит 10 единиц урона приберегите для самых сильных существ оппонента, тогда как заклинания массовой очистки старайтесь использовать на ослабленных существ.

В вашем арсенале также будут присутствовать заклинания лечения, но не спешите использовать их сразу. Если у вас будет выбор между розыгрышем провокатора, уничтожением существ противника или лечением, последний вариант выбирайте только в самых крайних случаях, когда не будет оставаться других вариантов.

Награда за прохождение Вагонетки

Вашей наградой за успешное прохождение побега станут две пары карт: Могильный паук и Ископаемый ящер.

Аркедас

Третий и последний босс, с которым вам предстоит столкнуться в крыле Ульдаман — ужасный Аркедас. Сила данного героя — Резьба по камню — позволяет боссу призывать на поле боя двух существ Статуя земельника (вам и вашему оппоненту). Стоит отметить, что стоит такая способность всего 1 кристалл маны, и Аркедас использует ее в начале каждого своего хода.

Стратегия игры против Аркедаса в обычном режиме

Прежде чем описывать стратегию игры против Аркедаса, вкратце расскажем тактику игры самого босса. На первый взгляд, вызываемые его способностью миньоны могут показаться совершенно безобидными. Однако, это обманчивое впечатление. Колода босса состоит из многочисленных заклинаний усиления своих существ, и в дальнейшем вы оберетесь с ними немало хлопот. Кроме этого, карта Аркедаса Разрушительный порыв наносит герою оппонента урон, кратный количеству статуй под его контролем. Так что помимо того, что вам придется убивать существ оппонента, вы также должны избавляться и от своих статуй.

Недолго думая, мы решили позаимствовать тактику Аркедаса в игре против него (как говориться, клин клином вышибают) и… она оказалось действенной! Бафайте своих существ, разменивая их на миньонов оппонента, старайтесь полностью зачистить его половину стола и победа над последним боссом второго крыла приключения не заставит себя долго ждать! Обязательно включите в колоду Защитник Аргуса — заставьте противника самому идти на невыгодные ему размены.

Во втором крыле вы столкнетесь с такими героическими боссами, как: Вождь Скарваш, Вагонетка и Аркедас. Пройти героический режим сильными колодами вполне легко, но не у всех есть нужные карты, поэтому в этой статье будут представлены базовые колоды, которые могут сделать абсолютно все игроки Hearthstone, будь то новичок или старожила. Ульдаман - древний город земельников (вход с 35 уровня персонажа), прячущийся в глубоких пещерах горного массива Каз Модана. Комплекс был частично раскопан к моменту, когда его захватили дворфы клана Черного Железа, нашедшие это место идеальным для поиска подземных сокровищ.

Ульдаман - один из трех известных в мире городов титанов, два других - Ульдум к югу от пустыни Танарис и Ульдуар на севере Нордскола, среди пиков Грозовой Гряды. Также были обнаружены следующие владения титанов - пещеры под Бейл Моданом в Степях и коридор, известный под названием Террамок в глубинах Марадона.

Последний босс подземелья Аркедас 40го уровня и достаточно сложный, для группы из игроков ниже 38го уровня.

    Из оригинального описания подземелья:

    Ульдаман – древнее подземелье титанов в толще земли. Со дней основания мира никто не знал о нем, никто тревожил его глубокий вековой покой. Но недавно дворфы, проводя раскопки, наткнулись на забытый город. На поверхность вышли первые, «черновые», создания титанов – трогги. По легенде, титаны вытесали их из камня. Увидев, что опыт не удался, они заперли троггов под землей и решили попытать счастья снова. Так появились дворфы. Тайна их создания запечатлена на знаменитых Дисках Норганнона – массивных артефактах титанов, которые хранятся глубоко под землей, у самого основания древнего города. Недавно дворфы из клана Черного Железа совершили ряд налетов на Ульдаман, чтобы вытребовать Диски и передать их своему повелителю, пылкому Рагнаросу. Но город находится под надежной охраной: живые каменные глыбы стирают в порошок любого, кто себе на горе вторгнется в Ульдаман.     The back entrance to Uldaman can be accessed by going south from Loch Modan, going past the front enterence and continuing south until you hit the fork near the quarry, then proceeding left. Follow the valley as it curves to the right, and you'll come across a cave in the mountain on the left guarded by elites. Enter that cave and you'll find the instance portal to the back entrance. The back entrance does not require a special key.

    If you're going to Uldaman simply to access the Master Enchanter Trainer, the back entrance will save you a lot of time.

    This instance has a huge level range as the information says (35-47) and consists of a large range of mobs. At the beginning basic lvl 35-40 troggs with a couple of bosses make for a good instance for people from lvl 37-40. Also in this section is a small side area where the lost vikings (yes the classic video game) are. They are hostile to horde and friendly to alliance. As a hordie you need to kill them to get to a peice of the staff used to summon Ironaya, a boss later in the instance. They also have a couple nice drops, so even if you don't want to do ironaya, you should stop by anyway. For alliance you just have to clear the troggs out of the room and go visit them.

    After the lowbie section their is a mid level section (40-43ish) featuring the head trogg and Galgann. these bosses feature alot of adds and are more complicated then bosses in earlier instances. After this section, after fighting through several closely packed rooms, you will get to Archaedas' room, and he is hella tough. first off getting to him requires good timing and survivability due to lots of pats, and a small event that you have to beat by killing 4 stone guardians one after another. The actual encounter with him is really hard. He summons adds to help him based off of his health. they are pretty easy to kill until he summons 2 elites at once. At that point you should just go all out and dps him to death, the adds will despawn. The ideal group for this instance would be a priest, warrior, rogue, mage, and shammy/pally. There needs to be tons of crowd control, and aoe throughout the instance, and the occasional evasion tank for bosses with multiple adds. good luck :D!

    A very rough place. I wouldn't set foot in the instance unless I was at least 40. The Indiana Jones and Transformers references in it though are great.

    Uldaman is a great place for those replacing all their old pieces of gear with the new ones they're now able to wear. Warriors and Paladins can wear plate around the time they'll be coming here, and Shamen and Hunters will be able to wear mail. Uldaman offers a lot of good pieces that help facilitate the upgrade. Its an interesting instance that won't be made or broken by not having any one specific class as long as you have tanking and healing covered.

    A good group to uldaman should have a average level of at least 44, as some of the packs before the last boss can be really hard if your below 44. Getting a tank which is around 45-46 is probably not a bad idea either.

    Uldaman, like Gnomergan, is best taken a few pieces at a time.

    They have the back door to the instance for a reason. Don't try and do every quest for the instance at once and kill every boss in one fell swoop. Take it in smaller bits. Do up to Ironya a few times. Do a couple of back door to Grimlock runs. Beat up that annoying dark iron dwarf boss (watch out for the AoE shadobolt spells and mana-burns from the casters leading up to him).

    If you do try and do a full clear, you'll be wading through trash mobs for hours.

    Guys, if u played game "Lost Vikings" (Blizzard ent. is developers) u remember that there was characters with names Olaf, Baleog and Eric. They are in Uldaman :DD.

    Uldaman is a vast underground digsite, and in its depths you can find ancient stone golems, greedy dwarves, the master enchanter Annora and the stone watcher Archaedas. Also fight Ironaya, Galgann Firehammer, Revelosh and many others...

    Uldaman contains many treasures, such as The Rockpounder, Grimlocks Charge and the Horned Viking Helmet.

    Enter poor, leave rich...Find the hidden chamber.

    the whole instance should be doable with most groups if they play well. the first part is a piss, and should be doable with lvl 40's.we did him with only 4 players, and not very high lvl's either. and two of the players had only been in Uldaman 2 times before (inexperienced players i would call them).

    very confident in our team, we went straight to Zul'Farrak and downed everything but the cave dude and we didnt have the mallet.

    conclusion: lvl's help, good players make the difference =)

    There is also a back entrance to uldaman south of the Ressuction Point (Spirit Healer/Grave Yard) which puts you closer to the end of the instance, saves time unless your looking for some of the boss drops

    There are two places in Uldaman where you need three people channeling an item to open a door and activate the last boss: Archaedas, respectively.This means that you cannot solo or duo him, only the first/upper part of Uldaman.

    For a high lvl char and enchanter i like coming back here because i can easily run to the dwarves and up to ironaya quickly. They all drop gear level 35-40 ish and this when disenchanted turn into the very valuable small radiant shard used in the very popular fiery enchant. Also small radiant shards are high in demand on my server and sell really well.

    Uldaman is now a level 36-40 instance.Achaedas has been nerfed from level 49 down to 40.

    My goodness this has been nerfed . I was aked to come tank it (at lvl 38) I thought are you nuts? bosses are like lvl 44-45 or so.... anyway i didn;t know about the patch.. we went with lvl 38 37 40 40 and 41 and it was too easy.. and the loot is still very good. lots of lvl 40 REQUIRED items, so we couldn;t even wear hald the stuff we won :)

    So the troggs, the dwarfs, and the dark iron guys were made by these stone men? If that is true then are night elfs the second oldest race on the world? I thought it was night elfs (100000 years old) blood elfs (10000 years old ) dwarfs (around 200-700 years old) gnomes (300-500 years) then hunmans (300-400 years old) this could change everything!

    ive herd alot of people say u need a group of 40s for this instance... not true at the time i ran this my rogue was lvl 36 and we had a 42 priest and a lvl 39 warrior(our tank) and a lvl 39 hunter, 45 lock(locks r good to have in this one because of SS lots of wipes if u arent carefull, and shammys r good here to)... took us like hour and thirty mins to clear it no wipes priest never had to use SS and to top it all of i got those good boots(handy in pVp becasue of aggilaty and stanima if im not mistaken) a great run i cant w8 to hit it again.

    No, to get past 225 enchanting (artisan) you still have to either go to the trainer here, or visit the enchanting trainer in shattrath. No others will train you.

    There are 3 or 4 sections in the dungeon where a ton of non-elite scorpids are waiting for you. If your tank is not capable of holding AOE aggro, make sure you have an off-tank to pick them up, because they'll eat healers for breakfast. Also, it's a good idea to make sure that everyone knows this so you don't have an erstwhile member of your party pulling these things when you aren't ready; it's very easy to wipe if you know what's going on, but relatively easy to defeat if you are prepared.

    I heard two players around level 40 two-manning Ulda all the way to Grimlok, and prolly would of gone even deeper. They were a rather twinked warrior but not too much, and a -feral- druid with decent +int gear. That's just a ton of exp and easy blue items.

    after the horror time-eating called gnomeragan, this is the next, but it worthed for my lvl42 SPriest. my party (40 pally + 41 mage + 40 lock + 43 HPriest) advanced soooo hard. it took like 4-5 hours to complete it, but i advanced one entire level 50k XP from mobs, then 30k XP from the 5-6 quests i completed inside.

    a word of advice to make your time worth: take as many quests as you can before going in, else is a lost of time...

    This place has indeed been nerfed into smithereens.

    That being said, it's pure heaven for any lvl42+ish BM hunters.There's a very good gun & polearm to be gotten here, as well as nice bracers, shoulders etc.Some care in pulling and pet sacrificing makes the whole place solo-able, and teaches you a lot about hunter flexibility. Very good xp too :)(Well except the final boss since you need more people to activate the door )

    And it's a very funny dungeon with a lot of pop cult references.

    For soloing this instance, there are quite a few ledges you can jump on which will make enemies run really far away to be able to get to you. If you stick to the small ledges in the green marble rooms, you can avoid a lot of attention and make it harder for enemies to chase you. There are even a couple places you can end up where enemies can't get you at all, and will evade out and you'll leave combat! There are two I know of so far:

    In the hallway leading to the dwarves, while facing the entrance to the small cave that leads into the dwarf room, there is a ledge to the left. If you hop on the pot in the corner and hop again, you can kind of glitch up there and no troggs can get to you. Makes it easier to just run to the dwarves from here and feign if you are a hunter. Even better, however...

    Behind Grimlok and to the right is a chunk of earth, boulder thing. If you jump behind it and wait, you'll leave combat. This is excellent for killing Grimlok quickly; Just run to that spot, leave combat, jump out again and kill him asap, loot, and run back behind the boulder. Feel free to hearthstone!

    hmm..... i tell u what.... this dungeon is one of the best of all horde.. very good exp... 2/5 more than all average elite EXP. there is a 100% need for a healer- a tanker and someone who knows how to do AOE dmg cause there sometimes r alot of monsters clustered together.. good luck to anyone who goes there ----

    The quests for this place are a bit annoying to keep track of, especially with the different level requirements. For Horde there's some traveling back and forth between Orgrimmar and Badlands for the shattered necklace chain, so if you're grouping up make sure you've completed the series as far as you can before going in.

    For Horde I would recommend: At level 37, aquire the quests:

    1. Necklace Recovery in Orgrimmar (The drag)(Note: The necklace drops even if you do not have this quest. Just bring the necklace and go to the quest-giver in Orgrimmar, take the quest and complete it straight away.)

    2. Uldaman Reagent Run From Jarkal Mossmeld in Kargath, Badlands. This quest requires that you've completed Badlands Reagent Run. This chain is worth doing if you're an alchemist since Uldaman Reagent Run leads to Badlands Reagent Run II if you're an alchemist. Completion of that quest will teach you how to make Restorative Potion.

    3. Power Stones: from Rigglefuzz (Badlands (42,53): camp in Valley of Fangs).

    4. Indurium from Martek the Exiled (Badlands (42,52): camp in the Valley of Fangs). Requires that you've done the quest Martek the Exiled. After you've completed Indurium you will have to go to Shimmering Flats for the follow-ups before unlocking the possibility to turn in Indurium Ore in exchange for silver.

    5. Reclaimed Treasures: Given by Patrick Garrett in Undercity. This has no follow-up.

    6. Solution to Doom: Given by Theldurin the Lost (Badlands (51,77): Southern Agmond's End). This has follow-ups, but no Uldaman related ones.______________________________________________________

    Off to Uldaman!Head to the main entrance (Badlands: 43,14) and start killing your way into the caves. You will need to collect:

    • The Shattered Necklace (Looted from random non-instance dwarves).
    • Power Stones (Looted from random non-instance dwarves).
    • Garrett family Treasure (found in the South Common Hall (51.8,64.0))
    • Tablet of Ryun'eh (found in the Sealed Hall (53.4,61.3))
    • Any Magenta Fungus Cap you happen to run across.

    Note: For clairfication - by "Main Entrance" here, I dont mean actually entering the instance. Just separating it from the back entrance into Uldaman.______________________________________________________

    Drop off the quests you've completed and pick any available follow-ups.

    It is essential that you get the follow-up to the Necklace Recovery (Orgrimmar).

    For the Indurium-chain you need to drop off the flakes in Shimmering Flats. When you do, you unlock the quest Keeping Pace, obtainable from Pozzik. After completing this quest you will have access to the repeatable quest to turn in Indurium ore to Pozzik in return for silver. ______________________________________________________

    For the second part of the Necklace Recovery-chain you will have to enter the instance to pick up a journal from a dead paladin. It's early in the instance, and you might (depending on level and class) be able to get to him yourself. There's no (if I remember correctly) process bar when accessing the dead paladin, meaning a rogue/druid should be able to stealth in and quickly pick the follow-up.

    Once you've aquired the journal, go to Kargath to get it translated and get the follow-up to aquire the jewels from the Uldaman bosses.________________________________________________

    If you are level 40+ at this point (or will ding 40 while fighting towards the end boss), proceed into Uldaman.

    Be advised that in order to reach, and later summon, the last boss you will need 3+ people.

    If you are not lvl 40 after killing the final boss you will be unable to get the quest from the discs in the back of the boss room.______________________________________________________

    Inside Uldaman you now need to collect:

    For the Necklace Recovery quest:1a. Shattered Necklace Topaz found in an urn in the cave with the viking dwarves.1b. Shattered Necklace Ruby from a chest in Galgann Firehammer's room.1c. Shattered Necklace Sapphire dropped by Grimlok.1d. Shattered Necklace Power Source dropped by Archaedas.

    Other:2a. Shaft of T'sol (dropped by Revelosh)2b. Gni'kiv Medallion (found in Baelog's chest, on the table near the viking dwarves).Combine the two to create Staff of Prehistoria, which you put in the keystone found in the miniature city outside found in the cave right after Revelosh. This will open the door to let Ironaya out from her hall. You only need to summon & kill her for the drops, no quest attached. =)

    3. Magenta Fungus CapFor Uldaman Reagent Run, unless you found them in the pre-instance caves.

    4. Indurium OreMiners pick Indurium Ore nodes in order to get Indurium Ore. There is only silver reward for this however, no exp or rep afaik.______________________________________________________

    Once you've killed the final boss Archaedas head towards the end of the room to aquire the quest The Platium Discs (requires level 40) from The Discs of Norgannon.

    Accept the quest (party quest), and turn left to find the apparition guardian to talk to in order to complete the quest. Go through his conversation to the end, and you will get a completion message.

    Complete the quest at The Discs of Norgannon (you will recieve Miniature Platinum Discs in your backpack) and get the follow-up to go to Thunder Bluff.______________________________________________________

    Bring the Gems & Power Source for the necklace to Kargath and get the follow-up to bring the necklace & gem salvage to Orgrimmar.

    Drop it off in Orgrimmar and get the quest to go back to Kargath for your final reward.

    Turn in The Platinum Disc in Thunder Bluff to Sage Truthseeker. Get the reward voucher to turn in to another Tauren in Thunder Bluff for a bag and some potions.

    Go back to Sage Truthseeker to get the (non-Uldaman) follow-up Portents of Uldum from Sage Truthseeker. The final mail/plate boots reward from this quest are decent, and there's a good chunk of exp for very little work, so it's worth picking up once you ding 45.

    Drop off the final quest in the Necklace Recovery in Kargath and claim a nifty necklace.

    A horrible instance. Boring as hell. The loot is bad. Most of the quest givers are in badlands, which is a stupid place to level. You're better off in arathi highlands or hinterlands.

    I have just discovered something this duneon is literally impossible to do solo u can get to hall of the crafters and u r done u need 2 people to activate the altar of the keepers so unless u r running with a group or get someone to tag along your done there.

    i ran it in december 2008, solo all the way to the first summoning spot. got a friend to help at that point and we still couldnt summon, had to pull in a third person and it finally worked. so yes it still takes atleast 3 people to open the door and to summon the last boss

    Attempted to 2 man today,(41 hunter and 41 rogue). Not special gear just some blues, some(by some I mean most) of the gear was like lvl 20- blues. We got as far as to the part where you summon and failed to complete that as we were 2 manning. Unfortunately we had to turn back, maybe we'll 2 man it on some other toons another time after 3.0.8! But overall, not hard a group of 4 40s should clear it with EASE!

    attention enchanters, as a 65 lock, i'd rip this place up in about 30-40 minutes and DE everything that drops. In a single trip i'd get about 3 Large Radiant Shards, 2-3 Small Radiant Shards, a small bit of illusion dust and maybe some Nether Essence if I'm lucky. Easy way to get some reagants.

    I'd also come out of there with about 60 silk or so and a stack or two of mageweave...

    Uldaman is a dandy little reagent run for high levels.

    Some days ago me (level 39 subtlety rogue) and a level 38 healer priest managed to 2-man the entire place. I don't really recommend it, since it practically took us a whole day (with lunchbreaks and stuff), but it is doable. The bosses are pretty easy, and I wasn't really well geared (still had Tunic of Westfall and a dagger from ~lvl 20). Altough last boss was a bit tricky but on the second try we managed to down him with the run-out-and-back-up-to-second-floor tactic.

    Just get 5 people if you want to do it, way easier and faster :)

    This instance was very easy for my friends and I, so I'm assuming it should be easy for everyone else. I'm fairly new to WoW, so please excuse me if I sound like a noob. Like I said, our group had no problem with Uldaman.

    Our group consisted of:lvl 43 Magelvl 42 Warriorlvl 39 Shamanlvl 38 Warriorlvl 37 Paladin

    One warrior was a tank, the other was dps. I'm not sure what the other classes specced in.One of our guys (38 warrior) was rushing ahead of everyone else because apparently it was well past his bedtime when we ran the instance. Haha, I wonder how old he is. So anyway, because of that he was separated from the rest of us and got lost. Just thought I'd share that.

    So our intrepid Pally and Shammy 2 man team decided they had had enough of SM and a trip to Uldaman was on the cards.. Both level 38 and wearing quest and lower instance items (no heirlooms).

    This instance is very straight forward and strangely enjoyable. If you take the mobs in groups of 4 (if elite) then you should have no troubles. Their are no fights that need any real co-ordination or tactics, other than Archaedas, where as a Shammy I stood right on the Paladin to ensure any incoming mobs would be cought up in his concecration. If you have a competent healer / tank combo then there is no reason you wont be able to clear this instance at lvl 38. We went back for a 2nd run after hitting 39 and wanting to get to 40 so we could take the quest at the end. Running this instance twice and handing in the quests netted us an average of 71k exp an hour.

    Soloed the whole instance, completely cleared with a 45 (dinged to 46 whilst inside) Paladin with Prot spec. Took a few hours but very satisfying.

    With the last boss, Archades, just kited him as far from his hall as possible, which meant the trash mobs that he summons had a long way to run. Not so much a worry for the dwarves, but the keepers he summons can stun / knock back for a few valuable seconds.

    Excellent for mining past 200. Grab yourself a few spots of Iron, Indurium (for the skill, not the loot) and the occasional spawn of Mithril's worth appreciating too. (Anyone else notice that this is zone 1337?)

    Solo'ing my way through Uldaman just now as a 46 Prot paladin with heirloom chest and shoulders; fairly easy going, and a lot of the mobs at the beginning are grey, so coming at 45 would be advisable.

    Killed Revelosh, Ironaya and the Ancient Stone Keeper no problems, but just as I killed the keeper I got a server restart warning - it is not possible to get to the end and kill the boss in <15mins! Found I could take groups of 5 or 6 at a time, but was popping bubbles and heals a lot to do so, and eventually got overrun in the second last room by a sloppy pull with 2 minutes till reset.

    Will run the rest tonight from the back door, and hopefully Archaedas will be as simple as the rest of the bosses

    Well, this instance is soloable as a well-geared L42 BM hunter (heirlooms and mostly blues).

    I got 2.5 levels soloing in here from L40 to just under L43. At 40 and 41 I was just farming Revelosh hoping to get a nice mail bracer. Killed him 8 times, never saw any bracer at all - 6x plate tanking boots of Bear/Boar/Stamina/Defense and 1x each of gloves and shoulders. Took about 15 mins per run and I got about 4 bars of xp each run.

    Got bored of seeing plate boots, and when I dinged 42 I decided to try the back entrance. Managed to kill Galgann Firehammer, Grimlok (dropped the polearm!), and Archaedas. Took a couple of hours and a couple of deaths and got me most of a level worths of xp.

    Tips:

    - Get a pet with an aoe ability so that Mend Pet doesn't pull mobs to you. I like bears (Swipe).

    - Pull mobs well back. Lots of mobs in here will run at low health, and while a full party can (usually) handle two packs at once, your pet can't.

    - Kill casters first.

    - If your pet is taking too much damage from packs of 3+ mobs then drop a trap and pull one of them to you with Distracting Shot or Multi-Shot. You can even tank one for a bit yourself (although don't try that with frenzied troggs).

    - An alternative slower method of dealing with large packs is to burn 1 or 2 down quickly then feign death when your pet dies. This works well on Grimlok and the pulls in the temple with a statue and 5+ non-elite adds.

    - Grimlok - kill the basilik first and the geomancer second.

    - Archaedas has 22k hp but is pretty easy if you pull him all the way up to the big room above. Put on cheetah and start running as soon as you activate him, you don't need to do any damage because he's not leashed. Then it's just tank and spank and you kill the weak (350hp) adds that eventually make their way up, while keeping your pet on the boss. Having your melee weapon skill high enough that you can actually hit them if they get close is very, very useful.

    - If, like me, you want this dungeon done for the quest chain that starts in the room behind the last boss and rewards Cave Crawler's Mail Treads, be aware that although you can get this quest at 40, you can't do the last part of the chain until 45... >.> I might have waited had I realised that, it would be MUCH easier at L45. Oh well, it was a fun couple of hours anyway.

    I haven't seen it mentioned yet, but they patched the items to summon Ironaya to be rare drops that are tradeable between players, so if two different people pick them up, it is no longer impossible to summon her.

    Not sure if it's been mentioned, but for some reason it seems that a lot of quests that connect with Uldaman don't count towards the Loremaster achievement. However, if the quest is part of a chain be sure to check up on the other quests later in the chain as they may count.

    Just a note for greedy prot warriors that don't want to share loot:

    This instance is perfectly soloable by level 40 prot warriors wearing green/blue plate armor and decent rings/shield/necklace/wep. I had 45% damage reduction and 2.6k HP at that time.

    The trick is simple: •LoS pull as little mobs as possible;•Always have Shield Block on, if it's on a cooldown, let it recharge•Don't use Shield Wall unless it's 100% necessary.•Have at least 40 pieces of food/bandages.

    If you do things right, you will:•Have ~80-95% health left of you pull a single melee mob;•Have ~70-90 health if you pull a caster•Survive if 8 mobs pull and you have Shield Wall ready

    Other tips:•If you feel like shield wall is a must, use it to compensate the cooldown of Shield Block.•Last stand>potting!•If there are no mobs around, you can fear those attacking you and quickly bandage!

    SM is sooooo much easier to farm for exp.

    Uldaman is unique in its own right, but it reminds me a little too much of WC, what with the windy passages that lead every which way. On the other hand, Uldaman is loaded with bosses, thus more blue drops.

    no data on gray and white items. I did not leave enough room in bags to haul it all out. actually had to dump some Northrend food items to make room. so, i guess a loss there.

    I'd not go back w/o at least 4 empty 16's.

    My main intention was to farm silk for an alt. I stupidly did not go in the main entrance but the back one and so missed the dwarves at the front. Bags too full once i got there to mess with them. Hearthed back.

    For someone that is leveling and having a friend run them through instances, or wants to meet friends there so you don't have to do Dungeon Finder runs, getting to Uldaman isn't that easy of a task, since if you haven't been in that area, you may not have the flight paths anywhere close yet. Yes, there are alternative modes of travel, but I didn't have any of those options at the time, so I'll assume you don't, either.

    This is what I did to get there on my Level 35 Horde hunter:

    1. Start at Undercity.
    2. Hop on a bat heading to Hammerfall, Arathi. (You should already have it if you're 35 or higher).
    3. From Hammerfall, take the path as it winds south to Wetlands. You'll pass one sign (take the path pointing you to Stromgarde), then the next sign will point you to Wetlands. If you pass over some bridges, you're going the right way.
    4. Take the path south through Wetlands. When you reach the sign with lots of directional arrows, take the path to Loch Modan. You'll pass some alliance NPCs here and there, just avoid them since some will be level ? to you.
    5. You'll reach a tunnel; go on through. It will pass through Dun Algaz, and a few tunnels later (with a couple level 25 Alliance NPCs here and there), you'll pass into Loch Modan.
    6. When you come out of the tunnel and into Loch Modan, go east and pass south through the center of The Loch (now dry). You can go around the edges of the loch where water still exists, of course, but this way keeps you out of Alliance quest hubs. Go straight south until you hit the chasm.
    7. Take the small, thin path that leads to the bottom of the chasm, and back up again into Badlands. Uldaman is on the right. Be careful, because everything wants to eat your face if you're the level I am.

    Hope that helps anyone trying to get there the hard way, haha. :)

    As of patch 4.1, you stand in the room amidst the model/map on the floor. There is a right-clickable called "Keystone" on the floor. Right click it, and the door will open. Ironaya will walk out. it looks like a little tower.don't need the other stuff.

    Just a little info...
    • You can enter this dungeon on foot at lvl 30.
    • You can queue this dungeon as specific dungeon lvl 35-45.
    • In the specific dungeon finder, this dungeon is orange difficulty lvl 35-36, yellow difficulty lvl 37-41 and green difficulty lvl 42-45.
    • You can queue this dungeon as random dungeon lvl 37-40.
    • You have to be lvl 35 to obtain the quests.

    FYI, this is still a decent dungeon to quickly run through for silk cloth farming. I just ran it tonight (3-15-2014) and got three stacks. Quick and easy one-shotting everything as a lvl 90.

    This place is great for Skinning for Heavy and Medium leather. If you enter from the passage underneath Fuselight you can skip a lot of the mobs and head straight to the beats. You can average around 70 mixed leather every run by grouping them all up, killing them, looting them and skinning them. If you head around the area between the Obsidian Sentinel and the Ancient Stone Keeper you will find all of the beasts, they are blocked in by all the dwarves so if you see dwarves once you find the beasts there an no more in that direction.

    The MapID of Uldaman is 692. This is used for any WoW API function that requires a MapID.

    For example, to set your current map to Uldaman you can type:

    /run SetMapByID(692)
